Ingredients

    32.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)
    4.0 serving BROCCOLI SEASONS CHOICE ALL NATURAL STEAM BROCCOLI FLORETS (Aldis ) SERV 3- 0z
    0.5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    5.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 dash Salt
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Roast chicken, cut into bite size pieces, steam broccoli and cauliflower rice, drain. In a seperate bowl mix together eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and chicken and melted butter. Put mixture in a casserole dish, add in chicken broth and stir. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until brown in top.
