    Butter, salted, 0.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large beaten
    Nutri Flour Blend, 1.5 cups
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Banana, ripe, 4 medium mashed
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp


Cream butter & sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla & banana. Mix well.

Sift flour, baking powder & salt together. Add to creamed mixture & mix well.

Bake in greased & floured loaf pan for 1 hour @ 350 F. Enjoy!
