Great way to cool off on a hot day! Change the fruit and pudding flavor to make crazy concoctions! Great way to cool off on a hot day! Change the fruit and pudding flavor to make crazy concoctions!

    2 C lowfat plain yogurt (can use flavored)
    2 C fresh or frozen blueberries, pureed
    1 C nonfat milk
    3 tsp vanilla
    1 14oz can fat free condensed milk
    1 3.4oz jell-o brand instant pudding packet*

    *cheesecake flavored


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. (I use my blender once I've pureed the fruit, I add the remaining ingredients). Pour into cold ice cream cylinder and continue according to maufacturer's directions. Cook time is churning time.

Can use any flavor yogurt or fruit to change it up a bit! As well as changing pudding flavor too. This can be made without the pudding and is just as good.

Makes 10 - 1/2 cup servings!

  • This was absolutely delicious! I was so happy that I could enjoy a second serving - without the guilt! My only problem was that I had placed this in the Cuisinart Ice-45 Soft Serve Machine and hoped that it could be used as a soft serve but it was too pudding like. No worries though; it was amazing! - 1/4/09
