    Cabbage, fresh, 8 leaf, large
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, .5 cup
    Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning, 1 serving
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup cooked
    DelMonte Garlic and Herb Chunky Spaghetti Sauce, 3/4 cup


Remove 8 large outer leaves form a head of cabbage. Cut out thick center of leaf. place in microwave for 40 seconds or place in boiing water for a minute until leaves are more pliable.Set aside. Saute onions and garlic until onions are clear. Add beef . Cook until beef is browned.Drain if needed. Add tomato sauce and Mrs. Dash. Simmer for about 5 minutes. This will all thicken as you cook. Just before removing from heat add the cooked rice and mix well. Fill the cabbage leaves and place in a 9x9 baking pan. Pour sauce over the top and bake at 350 for approx. 30minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 8 - 1 roll each.
