Ingredients

    2 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
    375 grams Egg Noodles, enriched
    500 grams Ground beef, lean
    1 cup Milk, 3.25%
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 tbsp Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Fry onions in margerine until translucent. Add ground beef and fry until cooked through.
While beef is frying, make egg noodles according to directions.
Add mushrooms and sautee until they are almost cooked entirely. Add mushroom soup, milk, and worcherstershire sauce.
Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes to allow spices to blend
Mix in the egg noodles until they are coated with mushroom mixture, transfer to 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with shredded swiss cheese and put in oven
Bake until cheese is melted and mixture is hot and bubbling (approx 20 to 30 minutes)
