    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    14 oz Beaf Lean Stew Meat (Cooked)
    1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 cup Canned Tomatoes

Chop everything brown meat and onion cook and Crock-Pot
