    Joseph's Flax, Oat Brand & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, 1 serving (remove)
    Ragu pizza sauce, Homemade style, 0.15 cup (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 4 leaf (remove)
    Zucchini, .15 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, .15 cup, sliced (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .15 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .15 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 strips (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .20 cup, shredded (remove)


Start with the pita, add sauce, spinach and the remainder of what ever veggies you want. Top with mozzarella or other low-fat cheese. (You can even add low-fat turkey pepperoni.) Broil in oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and pita is krusty around the outside.
