Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg)
    1.15 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh

Directions

Sautee broccoli in butter, scramble eggs, butter a 9x11 inch glass dish, add cooked broccoli, pour scrambled eggs over top and bake at 350 for 20 mins.
