Ingredients

    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
    4 serving Jennie-O Turkey Bacon
    4 cup Kroger Clear Chicken Broth
    2 cup Vegetable Broth - Kroger (by KJCASE1)
    1.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    12 serving Cheese Great Value American Processed Cheese 1piece
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    1 serving Spanish Onion (with all nutri info) 1 Med onion serving (by LMG540)
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 tbsp KROGER EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Directions

Heat saute pan over medium heat and add butter and extra virgin olive oil. Finely chop onion and celery and add to the pan. Chop the turkey bacon and fry in the pan with the onion and celery until crispy. Cube the baked potatoes and add to a large dutch oven. Add the sauteed vegetables and turkey bacon. Add the chicken and vegetable stock. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Mix together the milk and flour. Add to the soup mixture. Cube the process cheese and add to the soup. Saute until the cheese is melted and the soup has thickened. Cook on low for 10 minutes to simmer. Serve while hot
