Ingredients

    2 oz Barilla Rotoni Pasta (by MOMMADANI)
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    sprinkle of italian blend seasoning (I used mrs dash)

Directions

Boil water add pasta and cook according to directions (usually 11 minutes is good)

in a separate pan heat pan to medium heat
add a splash of water

throw in 2 tsp garlic (or more to taste)
onion

cook for a couple minutes

throw in carrot and red peppers

stir. you may need more water, add it if you do. this is to saute them in instead of oil so its a little healthier.

keep stirring occasionally to make sure it doesnt burn while pasta is cooking.

drain pasta when its done. put it in a bowl.
add the veggies on top.
sprinkle with 1 tbs of oil (or less)
stir.
add a small sprinkle of garlic salt and a dash of italian seasoning blend seaoning.

DINNER IS READY!
