    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    10 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Salt
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    1 cup Spaghetti Sauce - Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
    066 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA)
    5 fl oz White Wine
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh


brown onions, garlic, and ground beef.
Add all other ingredients except peppers and mushrooms.
Simmer until beginning to thicken.
Ass peppers and mushrooms and let cook until still slightly crunchy.
Serve over spaghetti squash or pasta etc.

Serving Size: Makes 6-1cup servings
