Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    3 cup Tri color coleslaw
    3 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Brown the turkey, then chop the vegetables and add to the meat with the oil. Cook until desired doneness.
