Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 cup yellow squash
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    5 serving Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 tsp Better than Bullion Vegetarian Base (by NIRO_DAN)
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    .5 tsp chopped Fresh Chives
    14 oz Trader Joes Fall Zucchette Pasta (by MILEWISO69)
    8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

make sure to pre cook your ground beef and add pasta after cooking for 10 min to be ready to eat. Do not add pasta and cook under pressure the pasta will be mush.


Directions

pre cook ground beef, then add all vegies and spices and cook in your insta-pot for 40 min on soup setting. when done relieve pressure and add pasta let simmer for 10 min stir and serve.
