Ingredients

    4 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    1 cup Half and Half Cream
    36 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement (by GRAMMYOFTWO)
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    0.5 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9 pie plate with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk ingredients together. Pour into pie plate and smooth top with an offset.
2. Bake pie until center only slightly jiggles, 1 hour. Turn off oven and prop door open with a wooden spoon and let cool in oven, 1 hour.
3. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
