Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb ground turkey
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Allspice
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 cup Sour Cream
    4 tbsp Herb, Parsley, Fresh
    2 - 8 oz bags of Nasoya Pasta Zero Plus Shirataki Fettuccine or Spaghetti

Directions

Mix together salt, pepper and allspice. Add ground turkey and gently mix with hands to combine. Shape into 48 - 1 inch meatballs. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes. lower heat to low-medium and cook 3 more minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer meatballs to a plate. Add broth to the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high, and simmer until liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Whisk in sour cream and cook 1 minutes more. Add meatballs back into the skillet and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over cooked pasta of your choice.
