    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15mL) Organic, Raw-Unfiltered w/Mother, Unpasteurized, Gluten-free
    2 tbsp Aspalls Organic White wine vinegar (by C25KGAL)
    1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Grate all ingrendients, add juice, oil and vinegars. Salt and pepper to taste. mix well. Let sit all day.
