Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground beef
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Tomato Paste
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    2 - 14.5 oz cans Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes undrained
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large pot on the stove. When meet is almost completely done add onion. Reduce heat to medium and add tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder and ground cumin. Add chicken and beef broth and fire roasted tomatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Add salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 45 - 60 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to prevent burning.

Serving Size: Serving size 3/4 cup. Serves 8
