    3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    .5 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    .5 cup Applesauce, sweetened
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 cup Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels


This makes two loaves, easy to freeze the extra bread for later!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, applesauce, vanilla and chocolate chips in large bowl. Mix flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
Divide between 2 loaf pans and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Yummy for breakfast or a snack! Great for freezing!

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, approx. 10 slices each
