Introduction

Ingredients

    8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    4 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles
    0.5 stick Butter, salted
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

Cook chicken in salted water until done and then cut up or shred into chunky pieces. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare white sauce: melt butter in pan, warm milk in microwave while whisking in flour in the butter until dissolved, then slowly adding warmed milk while stirring. Simmer and stir until thickened. Cook lasagna noodles until Al dented . Spray baking dish with oil. Spread one half of sauce in bottom of baking dish or enough to cover bottom. Layer noodles, then chicken, more sauce, then cheese. Repeat until everything is layered, but leave a little cheese to sprinkle on top. Babe at 350 fort 1 hour covered with aluminum foil until bubbly and hot. Serving Size: 4
