Ingredients

    2 package (6 oz) Provolone Cheese
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    5 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 cup Milk, 3.25%
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir for about 1-2 mins. Add milk and bring to low boil. Gradually add cheeses, stirring constantly until mixture is sauce like.
