    Broccoli 2 cups,
    2 Carrots,
    1 large Potato
    3 cups chicken stock
    1 large onion
    3 cups water


Chop all ingredients. Put in large pan. Bring to the boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook unill all Veg soft. Let the soup cool then liquidise.
