1 cup shredded Romain lettuce
1/2 vine ripe tomato, diced
1/4 cup cucumber with peel, diced
1/2 cup Florida avocado, diced
Lemon juice
Olive Oil, extra virgin, first cold press
Directions
Place shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cucumber and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss and serve.
Makes one salad.
