Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz Signature Select Pork Sausage Italian Style
    16 cup Chicken Broth Water-Homemade salt free (by INUNISON)
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    8 clove Garlic, sliced
    1 tbsp Aioli
    1.5 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
    .5 large Onions, diced

Tips

Adding 1 tsp of red pepper flakes gives this soup a little bite.


Directions

Put broth over a low flame in a large stock pot.
Crumble the sausage into the broth.
Add everything else.
Let it simmer for 2-3 hours.
Adjust herbs and spices to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-1/2 cup servings
