Introduction

Not your traditional French Toast, but I think it is much better this way. Not your traditional French Toast, but I think it is much better this way.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 dash Salt
    2 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .5 tsp Cinammon, ground (by FANTASM01)

Tips

When frying up the French Toast, make sure to start with a pan with hot oil in it, otherwise the toast will become soggy.
The calorie count does not include the bread used, just the batter.


Directions

Put egg, salt, and sugar in a bowl and stir. Alternate milk and flour until you have a thin pancake consistency. Add vanilla, and spice to taste.

Serving Size: Makes at least 12 pieces of French Toast
