Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill quick cooking steel-cut oats
    1 Tbsp chopped Pecans
    1/4 cup Kirkland Vanilla Soy milk

Directions

Mix ingredients in 1 cup dish.
Microwave on high for about 40 sec, watching to make sure it doesn't boil over.
Cover loosely and let stand. The longer it stands, the better it is, in my opinion, up to 3 hours.
