Ingredients

    3 lb. boneless pork roast
    5 garlic cloves
    .5 t nutmeg
    .25 t paprika
    .25 Cup catsup
    2 T orange juice
    2 T honey
    1 T soy sauce
    2 t lemon juice

Directions

Rub roast with garlic. Sprinkle with nutmeg and paprika. Stir together catsup, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
