    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 cup Grapeseed Oil
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1.50 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    2 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    59 ml Planet Oat Oatmilk Extra Creamy Original
    0.75 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened


Start checking the loaves from about 60 minutes as some ovens can over cook.


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees, mix dry ingredients then mix in the wet ingredients and mix well with spoon, scrape bowl with soft spatula to mix all ingredients well. Lightly grease and lightly flour loaf pans. Scrape bowl into loaf pans. Bake for 60-75 mins or until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
