Introduction

Ingredients

    4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.75 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.25 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    0.25 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

Spray oven safe pan with pam and sauté mushrooms and zucchini. Add ham and heat. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and pour over veggies in pan. Add tomatoes and grated cheese. Mix gently. Heat on low on stove top for 5 min or so. Then transfer pan to 300-325 oven for 1/2 hour. Brown top under broiler for few min.
