    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 1tsp Olive Oil
    1500 gram(s) Ground Beef - Lean (Sobeys/PC etc) (by 281QUEEN)
    0.33 cup Quaker Large Flake Oats (by KERK72)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce (by ELEGIACSTANZAS)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, saute the celery and onion in the oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Scrape into a large mixing bowl and cool.
When the onions are cool enough to handle, add the meat, oatmeal, italian seasoning and salt and pepper to the bowl. Whisk the egg with the Worcestershire sauce and add to the mixture. Using a wooden spoon or your hands, combine the mixture and mold into the shape of a loaf.
Place the meatloaf in the prepared pan. Bake until firm and nicely browned, about 1 hour.
