    1 1/4 cups water
    1/4 cup No Fat Skim Milk Powder
    2 Tbsp Low Fat Butter
    2 Tbsp Liquid Honey
    1 Cup Breakmaker Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Cups Breakmaker Multi Grain Flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed or Flax Seed
    2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds, Unsalted
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional)
    1 3/4 tsp Bread Maker Yeast


1. Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order above; or by manufacturers recommended order. Insert pan into the oven chamber.
2. Select Whole Wheat Cycle.

2. Select Dough Cycle.
3. Remove dough from chamber. Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before forming. If dough shrinks back when rolled, cover and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
4. Kneed 2 or 3 times to release air. Form the dough into a large oval with a high, rounded top. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet; cover and let rise, covered, in a warm draft-free place for 30 to 45 minutes. (On top of TV if on or heat oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 200 F; turn oven off. This may quicken the rise so check after 15 to 20 minutes.)
5. With shape knife, gently cut 3 diagonal slashes 1/2 inch deep on top of the risen loaf.
6. Place in Pre heated 375 F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the top.
Options: Can be baked in a bread pan or made into buns.
Subsitution options: Instead of butter use shortening; Instead of Flax Seeds use pumpkin or poppy seeds.
