    3.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar


Sautee bacon until crisp, cook peppers and onions in bacon grease until tender. Add tomatoes, sauce, sugar, and 1/2 cup vinegar. Serve over pasta or spaghetti squash.
