Ingredients

    101 grams Banana, fresh
    160 grams Apples, fresh with skin
    .33 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
    38 gram ON Performance Whey Isolate

Directions

one banana in blender (frozen if have or fresh) one apple cut up in blender, one tsp. of cocoa powder (special dark) in with fruit, one scoop whey protein powder chocolate, add ice and water to ingredients. BLEND (I have a vitamix so i don't core my apple) servings size and thickness of shake depends on how much ice and water you use.
