Ingredients

    * Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    * Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped ()
    * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup ()
    * Orange Juice, .13 cup ()
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp ()
    * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed ()
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds (optional)

Directions

In a small saucepan, melt butter/margirine. spreak over med-high heat. cook shallots stirring occasionally for 2 mins. add broth, juice, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch. bring to boil reduce heat to med and simmer uncovered stirring constantly for 5 mins or until sauce is slightly thickened. pour sauce over salmon, tuna steaks, etc. sprinkle with almonds
