    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 large pepper
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Mushrooms, canned, .1 can
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Beans, black, 1 16 oz can
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Canned Sweet Corn - No salt added, 3.5 cup
    *brown rice, 2 serving (1 cup uncooked)


Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms & cooked rice. Stuff peppers and cook at 425 for app. 45 minutes or until peppers are done through.

Makes 5-6 servings.
