Ingredients

    1 cup Regular Coffee, brewed as you desire
    1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla Flavored
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin (solid pack)
    2 grams Stevia (zero Calorie sweetener) (1 packet)
    1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

Directions

Brew or make your coffee as desired. In a measuring cup, measure out the almond milk and heat to desired temperature in the microwave, being careful to not boil over (I heated for about 1 1/2 minutes). Pour milk into large coffee mug, then pour in your hot coffee. Whisk in the pumpkin, spices, and sweetener. Add additional spices or sweetener if desired. Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 1-20 oz. Latte
