    1 pound Lean Ground Beef
    1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
    2 - 12oz. bags of Salad
    2 cups of Shredded Mexican Cheese
    3.8oz. can of Sliced Black Olives
    8oz. jar of Taco Sauce
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 Tomato, chopped


Prepare the ground beef as directed on the taco seasoning packet.

While ground beef is cooking, empty both bags of salad into a large bowl. Add chopped onion and tomato, shredded cheese, and black olives.

When beef is done, add to the salad mixture. Pour taco sauce over the salad and mix all together.

We like to crumble some baked Tostitos on top of each serving, and add 2 Tbsp. of reduced calorie sour cream. YUMMY!!!

Makes approximately ten 3 cup servings.
