Introduction

Ingredients

    1.50 cup, Cashew Nuts
    0.75 cup Pumpkin seeds
    1/3 C Honey
    1/3 C 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    3 tbsp E-V Coconut Oil
    1 C Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    1.5 C - Blue Diamond, Roasted Salted
    .75 C Raw Sunflower seeds

Tips

Could also use apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice. It's your world.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients
Melt oil into honey and maple syrup
Stir melted ingredients into dry ingredients
Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
Cool completely
Cut into 4 bars
