Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. Squash - Yellow or Zucchini, shredded
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 c. Chopped Onion
    1/2 c. Crushed Pork Rinds
    1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk

Directions

Squeeze excess water from shredded zucchini. Mix all together and fry till brown on both sides.
