Use up old bread and eggs. Use up old bread and eggs.

    8 serving Panera Country White Sandwich Bread (by TOBIASFUNKE)
    11 serving Egg white, large
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice


Use any spice you prefer for a change in flavor.


Spray baking dish.
Layer bread.
Beat eggs and milk. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with spice.
Let stand 1 to 4 hours.
Bake at 325 for about 25 min. until egg is cooked. Cut and serve.
