Introduction

This is a great low-fat party dip. This is a great low-fat party dip.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    280 gram(s) Chunk Chicken Breast (2 cans)
    7.2 gram(s) Ranch Seasoning (1 Packet)
    452 gram(s) Low Fat Cottage Cheese (16 oz container)
    12 tsp Franks Buffalo Sauce (1/4 cup)

Tips

I add the chicken after blending all the ingredients because my family likes it chunkier. Also, you could add 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese to the top for a crust-like layer.


Directions

Blend the cottage cheese in the blender until smooth.
Add chicken, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce, blend again.
Pour into 13X9 Pam sprayed pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
