    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tbsp chopped walnuts
    .66 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    .66 tbsp Maple Syrup

Tips

Butter can be used in place of coconut oil


Directions

mix all ingredients. Spread over fruit, bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
