Introduction

High fiber, high protein, low calorie breakfast - fills you up and keeps you going until lunch!

I find this to be sweet enough using the sweetened milk substitute - you can add a little honey or maple syrup if you prefer.

Of course, substitute with any other milk you like.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva)
    50 grams Raspberries
    1 cup Ripple pea milk (original sweetened)

Tips

Stir well before serving.
This is super easy to do 4 or 5 jars at the same time, it just gets creamier as the week goes on.


Directions

Put the oats, chia seeds and ripple milk in your mason jar, Stir well.
Add the raspberries, then close the jar and put in the fridge for over night.
