    1.5 cup Wild Harvest Organic Soymilk
    3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Seed Chia
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    3 tbsp Trade Joe's Oven Toasted Old Fashioned Organic Oats
    1 tsp Kirkland Ground Saigon Cinnamon
    0.5 tbsp Turmeric, ground
    1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup


You can sub other nondairy milks or regular milk.


1. Place all ingredients together in a sealable container. Mix/Shake well.
2. Place in the refrigerator over night.
3. Enjoy the next day. You can top with fruit, nuts or seeds (not included in calorie count).
