Introduction

Low carb crispy cheese chips. Make recipe half and half parm and cheddar jack, it tastes exactly like Cheese-Its! Low carb crispy cheese chips. Make recipe half and half parm and cheddar jack, it tastes exactly like Cheese-Its!

Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.25 tsp Parsley, dried
    0.75 cup Kroger Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese
    0.25 cup Kroger Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Directions

Mix cheeses and spices in a bowl. Spread in a thin even layer on parchment lined baking sheet (I did 2 sheets). Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes. Once cooked to desired level of crispness, remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Once cool, crumble and store in air tight container in the refrigerator. Serving Size: .25 oz Cooked
