Introduction
So we accidentally got a can of salmon put in our bag at the grocery store. After wondering for a week what to do with it i came up with this. Really what was going thru my head was "we have nothing to eat grrr what can i randomly make"Enjoy or don't however you please :) So we accidentally got a can of salmon put in our bag at the grocery store. After wondering for a week what to do with it i came up with this. Really what was going thru my head was "we have nothing to eat grrr what can i randomly make"

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 can Pink Salmon
2 Tbsp Terriyaki pineapple sauce
1 medium Scallion
3 tsp gralic
2 tsp lime juice
1 squeezed tangerine
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Heat vegetable oil and add 2 tsp garlic with scallions. Stir around then add salmon. Break it up and let sit for a few minutes. Add in eggs and mix in. Let the eggs fully cook then add Teriyaki sauce, lime juice, tangerine juice, and 1 tsp of garlic. Stir everything together and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Yields about 6 1/2 cup servings. Serve over rice.
