Introduction

I like to add yogurt to give a little creaminess, and cayenne for a little kick. I like to add yogurt to give a little creaminess, and cayenne for a little kick.

Ingredients

    2 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
    2 clove Garlic
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    0.5 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm)
    1 tbsp Tahini
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and puree. Add a bit of water as necessary.
