Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1-16 oz pkg. Coleslaw mix (this is easier) OR
    1-lb. Fresh cabbage and 3 or 4 fresh carrots (all shredded) DO NOT DO BOTH slaw and cabbage.
    2-bunches green onions (chopped with greens parts)
    1-head of broccoli less if you don't like it. Chopped
    put aside.

    Don't forget to bake the seeds and noodles
    Bake seeds and almonds and noodles at
    350* for 5 to 9 minutes to a light brown you should see the oils of the seeds and brown of noodles when you are turning them over at half way point
    1-cup sunflower seeds (hulled ready to eat NO salt)
    1 1/2 cup of pine nuts (if you like pine nuts)
    3/4 cup or more sliced almonds raw I like them so more goes in mine.
    2 pkgs. Chicken oriental Ramen noodles
    (I buy one chicken one oriental package) mix them.

    Them mix all together well refrigerate until party or dinner.
    Dressing (store in a different container)
    1/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 white vinegar
    2 pkgs. of seasoning from Ramen noodle
    mix well refrigerate
    Add dressing to salad right before serving and mix thoroughly
    I know it doesn't look like it's enough but it is just keep on mixing you only need a little dressing on this to make it taste good.

Directions

This will serve about 25 people 1/2 cup serving.
