Introduction

A refreshing way to get in some extra protein, fiber, and flavor when you need some water but are sick of it. A refreshing way to get in some extra protein, fiber, and flavor when you need some water but are sick of it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup of chia seed
    1 packet of sugar free drink mix (any flavor you like)
    8 cups / 2 quarts of water

Directions

Mix the drink packet with 8 cups of water, and then bring to a low boil on the stove. Take off the heat, and stir in the chia seeds, making sure to keep stirring so they don't clump all together. Once nice and mixed, Cover and place in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours or until the chia has absorbed enough liquid to look nice and plump. Then drink!
