Ingredients

    1 lb Ground turkey
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 cup Milk, 1%
    3/4 cup Bread crumbs
    1 Tsp Dried Onion
    1 brown gravy mix
    1 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 cup Water, tap

Directions

Use Pam to coat a baking pan
Whisk Egg, mustard and milk
Add Bread Crumbs
Add Gravy Mix and Onion
Add Ground Turkey
Shape into 5 Patties and place in baking pan.
Broil 3-4 inches for 6-7 minutes a side.
