Ingredients

    1 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    .75 cup Kroger Quinoa
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    4 tbsp Maple Syrup
    .75 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    4 serving Kroger Vegetable Oil (1Tbsp, 14g) (by CJBUBBA)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans
    3 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 and spray muffin cups.
Add all ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes
